Hi, Keo here!

I'm coming back to you with a fresh June update, featuring the continuation for Rune and Devon routes again. It's a bit lighter in tone than the few previous ones, but we thought a small change of pace would be nice. Inside are two new illustrations, including our first one by Bakemonoy.

It also features a completely new main menu, drawn by White Leonard, with UI designed by hq and implementation by Keo. We're quite proud of it and hope you'll like it too!

Changelog:

  • - 9K words of new scenes 
  • - New illustration with Rune by Bakemonoy
  • - New illustration with Lake by hq
  • - One new track by Keo
  • - The animated snowing added to a few scenes
  • - The option to skip to Day 2 for routes already visited at least once (to use it, start a new game and choose to skip to a chosen route)
  • - Lots of new backgrounds
  • - Small fixes to existing scenes

OMG so glad I finally tried this.  So awesome. ^_^

Halfway through the intro, and even before I was staring at those Rune photos, all, Imma bang that deer >_>

Then halfway through actually meeting Rune, I'm all "change of plans Imma marry that deer."

Though after that moment....(Spoiler moment so I put the comment here on one of the chapter updates rather than the main page...assuming people here at least got past day one....but still don't read below if you haven't followed Klaus in the woods ^_^)






I had one final addendum...after meeting the scary ass thing by the creep tastic tree. I had to add on, (I might bang the wolf-panther-monster first...then marry the deer... or Devon.....he's a sweetheart......>_>)

Anywho this is awesome ^_^


And honestly after playing all the routes the only thing I can say for sure is...I need someone to make ME a cup of tea >_>......

Ok i wanted to ask about the updated routes for Devon and Rune because while Rune's went until after the swimming at 15:15 when i did Devon's it stopped before the swimming. Is it suposed to be like that? Or is it maybe a bug?

Another thing is that after trying to load my saves for the two routes that were made before this update, they would say there was an Issue and i had to start them again. 

Also, can i just know what the not-showering-Rune ilustration is? I did every route but cant get it.

Yes, it's not a bug! Devon's route in v0.12 update ends a bit earlier than Rune's. The opposite happens in upcoming (on itch.io, reelased on Patreon) v0.13 update, Devon's route ends a bit further into the day.

Unfortunately some of the saves won't work because we changed the definitions of a few transforms. Not functioning older saves is a common and frequent problem with RenPy, unfortunately. We're trying to avoid breaking saves, but it still happens sometimes.

Regarding Rune's showering illustration - the other variant is in SFW mode, you need to switch between the modes before the scene to get both variants.

Just so that I'm not missing anything, only Rune's route is available at this point in time, right?

Nope, all 8 routes are available at this point, but only Rune and Devon have continuation in Day 2 so far.

I see. Why'd it only show me start from day 1 and rune when I started a new game?

Ah, that's a new feature that lets you skip to the beginning of Day 2 for any of the routes in which you reached the Day 2 before. Right now only Rune and Devon have any Day 2 content, so only these two characters can be chosen, and only if you already reached Day 2 with them.
