To the entire team who made this, thank you. Seriously thank you. I went into this VN planning to spend a little bit of time with some cute characters, and my god these character designs are all are incredibly cute o_O... and ended up with about 4 hours disappearing without me even realising, sending me into the early hours of the morning.
The storytelling of each individual route (and I haven't even done all of them yet!) is uniquely beautiful for each character, summarising them in such distinct and compelling ways. The heartache, the adoration, naturally the romance... and the pure depth behind each story has just kept me coming back to this day after day.
This has stuck with me over the last few days so much more than I thought that it ever would, sending me back to those floaty feelings of is-he-isn't-he and student crushes that we all go through in our journeys, really leaving a longing back for those heady days.
As I mentioned before, each of the characters is just absolutely stunningly created both through their individual personalities and the absolutely wonderful, and as mentioned before, amazingly beautiful, character designs. Throughout each play-through I've done so far I've found myself reminded of those feelings I felt when back in the closet and seeing that beautiful guy walk past. From that incredible burly but soft Bjørn to the delicate alt-cool features of Jørgen, the scrappy scruffy lovable mane of Lake and that jock kid who's got a soft heart in Rune... Not to mention every last other character, I'd be here all day. Obviously, those NSFW scenes really get quite impressive too... like damn.
This is an incredible ramble but I just can't express how much more this VN has affected me than I thought the "let's have a look at this tonight" I went in with it. Seriously, it's a masterpiece and I can't wait for it to keep expanding.
As a Vietnamese who is self-considered a member of the Furry community, I truly plead for those pure artistic masterpieces like this Visual Novel to eliminate any bad prejudice against the community. We have Klace's visual novels (especially Winds of Change) as masterpieces of story and sound investment. And now we have this Dawn Chorus visual novel as a masterpiece of heart and brain touching. Playing this is definitely like watching a truly European-made movie. For the first time, I take so much effort to connect the dots, to dive deep into characters inner selves, to feel a hard feeling behind my chest, and to say, Wow, I am something of them, and they are something of me. I used to have a desire to write fanfiction, but Dawn Chorus is the pedal for me to type words. I just want to say thank you, and I'm waiting for more development, especially the three Arvo-Rune-Devon.

do you know if there’s hidden content after the ending where you read Klaus’s message and then it takes you to the main menu? I tried to click on the door on the right of the corridor of the sauna in a few other routes a few times but nothing seems to trigger anything lol
I’m asking because usually when you reach the end of an unfinished route there’s a message from the developer team and also this route seems to break the 4th wall (kinda) so I thought we had to dig deeper and find secrets to continue the route ahahah

No game I've played like this (A VN) has made me say, out loud "You can't do that to him!'' before the game even confirmed something happened. Wont spoil who or when. But damn why you gotta hurt my boy like that? It's rare for a game to actually hold my interest without me just skipping through most stuff. I was not expecting this to be so fucking good! i think what really does it for me is how the characters seem to fall in clear archetypes but the novel explores those preconceived notions to their logical conclusions to make everything more realistic, playing with the reader's expectations and suspension of disbelief to achieve a very deep connection with the characters. it seems very thought out and the prose is very beautiful.
add to that the deep thoughts, the fact that the main character is an actual character instead of an empty void into which you project yourself, the sound design and it all adds up an experience that really sucks you in. also dudes' are hot!
really looking forward to seeing this story develop, especially curious as to how the Rune and Mikko routes are going to continue seeing as they seem to be careening towards an emotional climax both literally and figuratively lmao
on the devlog that said they had finally started day 3 with all main routes they said they hadnt forgotten about him, so he's probably in the back burner until they finish day 3 for the rest of them.
Seems sensible enough, especially bc a lot of people dont actually know theres a Klaus route or if they do, how to access it

I am not into the furry community, nor have I really interacted with anything related to it before. I downloaded this game out of curiosity, as I found the art displayed to be quite beautiful. But, in all honesty, I hadn't expected anything more than a simple and quick visual novel experience.
And, man, how wrong I was. This has to be one of the best casual games I've ever played, and probably the best visual novel yet. The history itself is endearing and captivating, with well-thought details and interactions among the characters. They manage to discuss several different topics in a simple yet interesting manner. The soundtrack and art pieces are also nothing short of amazing. It is clear that a lot of love is being put into this project.
But the thing which made me really fall for this game was how well-written, dynamic and interesting each character is; with complex yet extremely relatable traits, personalities, difficulties, etcetera. This is far more than a 'gay furry game', no. This is something I can relate to. Something that makes me think, question and evaluate. This is art.
Thank you to everyone who is continously working in this game. I'll definitely keep on checking for updates and follow your social media. Looking forward to playing more of Jørgen's route (my personal favorite). Stay safe and keep up!

There is some minor NSFW in Rune's and major NSFW in Torulf's. I don't know about Lake, Bjørn or Mikko as I haven't played theirs yet. I believe there might be some NSFW on Lake's route, but that's just a guess. The rest is safe up until this last update (there's some slight nudity before you can choose one of their routes, too).
I can't believe how hard this story is hitting me. This is more feels than I can handle. And just knowing how every path you choose means someone else is going without the support they need is heart-rending.
oh my god... I've just finished Rune's part, and my stomach is in knots, I feel so sorry for him... I hope something amazing will happen to him or at least that Arvo would give him all support he needs, even if his wish about Rune staying was granted
Finally played Bjørn route and at this point everyone needs hug. I honestly think I relate to alot of the things he said..feels so real to me. Especially with his struggle with friendships..now that one hit close to home -- a bit too close even. The art is really amazing too and like always thank you for delivering amazing content <3.

One thing I really like about this vn is how it changes perspective during each route. When it first happened it was interesting reading the thoughts/feelings of the other characters. After replaying the vn, trying out the other routes, choosing different choices, some dialogue felt like it could've been said by either the MC or the other character. I don't know if it's just me, but thinking about it gives different meaning to the dialogue when trying to think about who's actually saying them. This is definitely one of my top favorite visual novel.
I don't know if this has already been said or if this is just happening to me, but the cg scenes are not showing up in the android version. I replayed Dawn chorus recently and none of the scenes worked.
