Hi, Keo here!
I'm coming back to you with a new update featuring the start of Day 2 for Rune and Devon. Apart from new content for them, it's finally time for a new sprite for Mikko! We hope you'll like our redrawn wholesome boy.
Changelog:
- more than 7k words of new scenes for Rune and Devon
- a lovely instant photo of Rune by hq added (you might already know it from our Twitter)
- smol fixes to Rune and Lake sprites
- 2 new tracks by Keo

Wholesome? Maybe on the outside. I get the sneaking suspicion that Mikko pickpocketed our key when he hugged us after lunch.
Damn, what a good hypotheses
I'm just suspicious by nature. Mikko's hug is the one constant event regardless of which table you sit at. Combine that with the fact that Mikko wanted to share a room with the protagonist, as well as the unresolved tension from when the protagonist suddenly grew distant in their past, and you get a plan to try to force the protagonist into sharing a room with Mikko. This would not only bring the two closer together, but also guarantee a time and place for Mikko to confront the protagonist about his past evasiveness.
This theory is actually vastly belived in the discord server, but it obv never got a confirm by the authors.
The only problem i see is the fact you do in fact find the Key even in rune's route, Wich can mean only two things: either Mikko found a way to put it back there overnight or before arvo got in the room or mikko didn't actually took the key.
Another moment where he could have put the Key in the bag could be after Mikko plays the piano, but the bag won't be left alone if you refuse to play too, so that would make little sense.
The only certain things is this is kinda suspicious

I think there’s a typo here (you instead of your), it’s in the beginning of day two for Rune.
No that's the correct grammar! Though your hearts in the right place!
I'm pretty sure you mean that "How did you sleep/How was your sleep" would be the correct spelling in this case, though your heart's in the right place, haha!
… Ok, I’m getting doubtful here, are you sure?
I think either “How was your sleep?” or “How did you sleep?” would be right, even “How were you sleeping?”, but not what’s there; if you have the word “was”, I imagine “sleep” as a noun and “your” as a possessive determiner, while with “did” I interpret “sleep” as a verb with “you” as its subject; I can’t make sense of “How was you sleep?” though.
It is a typo, sorry! I'll correct that in the next build ^^
Is the new Rune CG image in this release? I can't get the image at all.
Nope, that one is from the Patreon update that comes out today/tomorrow, and will be available on itch.io a month later.
